Your words give me great encouragement...thanks. So far I'm keeping it up. 3x a day 20+minutes per pull. I don't think this matters but I have a dental splint that I need to wear most of the time. It only covers the top of my teeth but most of my gums and teeth and tongue are exposed. This shouldn't be a problem no?

Also, how does oil or enzymes draw out toxins from the blood? Thanks.
