Thanks for the post. Sorry for the interuption there.

It's interesting and useful to hear you've had the some of the same situations with CP.

There are a lot of studies out there showing it's use in blood Sugar management, especially for Diabetics. But I imagine it'd be even more work for full fledged diabetics (not prediabetic like me), to manage. The blood Sugar crashes it caused a few times were scary.

The combo effect of CP with niacin is what I'm finding most potent. Not a tonne of studies on that but they do exist, and they are showing a synergistic relationship.

Interesting you had challenges on left side specifically from gluten. It is not something that is generally discussed and useful to hear that others have it too. If it's useful a friend of mine just found out she's celiac. She's been on paleo diet for a few years and somehow is still finding gluten in her diet.
