It took a little over 12 grams of 100% fully reduced buffered l-ascorbate in 8 divided doses to get to explosive enema evacuation status. So 75% of that would be 9 grams. So that will be my daily amount until I do the flush again next week and recalibrate. This was a methodical scientific way for me to get a better handle on how much C my body needs daily. I feel great!
