Thanks for the advice and support. I'm actually ok with the die-off symptoms, in fact I'm happy about them as it suggests it may be working. I'm trying to stay off the carbs as much as possible, but I'm almost certainly going to have a drink this evening :O it's a friend's birthday. I'm gonna try and keep off them as much as possible otherwise though.
My understanding of Lufenuron is that it inhibits Chitin production, meaning that even if the Candida mutates it no longer has Chitin in it's cell wall. It should then be much easier to kill either with standard anti-fungals or the body's own immune system. I'm hopeful that even if this regime doesn't totally end the overgrowth, it will be much easier to keep it under control with probiotics and a reasonable diet. Fingers crossed!
