Ok, I'll stop feeding curcumin to rats and mice. However, I thought that studies on turmeric consuming East Indians found lower rates of a number of cancers.
Which goes back to my earlier point. Turmeric contains more than curcumin as an active compound. Just because the curcumin is poorly absorbed this does not mean all the active components are poorly absorbed. Which is also why most better used as a whole rather than as isolated compounds.
