I would recommend not eating very many carbs at all for a month or two. From my research on Sarah Vaughter's site, Owndoc, the Candida will eventually adapt to the Lufenuron. So this may be your one chance to get it right with that medication. If this comes back again, you'll have to battle it without Lufenuron (I'm assuming) since the Candida will have adapted. I could be wrong. As far as killing off candida, i would say that's exactly what you're doing. When I do it, I get very sinusey, almost like I have a sinus infection. I killed off a bunch of it with kefir on a few occassions, and it took many days for the mucus production to stop. I used to get sinus infections often, so i know the feeling. you might want to try some nasal decongestant like Afrin. that will open your airway up so it can't collect bacteria as easily. also, make certain you are detoxing via sweating. if you don't have time for that, or in addition to, you can take molybdenum to help remove the toxins the candida are giving off. you don't want your liver and kidneys getting overburdened, or your body will dump the excess toxins in other areas. I've learned this from my own experiences and I'm about your age. check out the message board at http://www.thecandidadiet.com
for correct dosing of molybdenum. there is a guy there, his name is Able900, and he can tell you exactly how much to take, i think he recommends up to 750mg a day, spaced out. hopefully you don't have too much candida in you and this will all be over soon. please keep us in the loop, not many of us have taken Lufenuron, but I've seen mostly good reviews. a few said it didn't work for them. best of luck!
