It's interesting that you mentioned Quercetin, I've seen it combo'd with Curcumin(oids). Do you have an opinion on that combo?

Quercetin is also and anti-inflammatory like curcumin, but it is well absorbed.  So it sounds like they area adding it to get an overall anti-inflammatory effect throughout the body rather than primarily in the intestines.

Low dose piperine seems to enhance curcumin bioavailability as well, but perhaps not enough, potentially.

There's other sites out there that claim that we can all make liposomal (more bioavailable) mixtures of Vitamin C, Resveratrol, and Curcumin. Or, Vitamin C alone, if one would want.

I don't trust liposomal C at all.  Vitamin C is normally water soluble, not lipid soluble.  Making a liposomal means the C would incorporate in to areas that it would not normally would not be found.  What the long term effects of this would be is still not known.  People should be just as worried about this as they are GMO.

As for liposomal curcumin again people need to be cautious.  When something in nature is not absorbed well there is usually a very good reason for it.  For example, we do not absorb saponins from plants because they hemolyze red blood cells if in contact.
