yes, i think this could happen. candida "learns" to survive iodine(and Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for that matter). its sort of the same as not using your full course of Antibiotics . no resistance gets built up but with lower doses of Iodine they can run and hide and still do mischief.

as for candida, other means and methods are necessary. i prefer Colloidal Silver .
