Yes, exactly what I have experienced myself.
I dont bother to use the thermometer anymore, as I know my temp is right if hands and feet are warm.
My energy is good, brain works well as long as my temp is 37 C (98.6 F) or higher. Not so good when below this point, which happens now and again in the harch winters we have over here.
