Firstly thanks to all posting here. Much interest in this subject.

Does anyone know of the "cross-over" amounts between oral and painting. Doubtless it is personal and that duration of oral supplementation would influence results I just wonder if there is a correspondence? For example does total 200mg Iodine via lugols/ SSKI mean that you can assume that testicular painting is not necessary or something similar?

The other issue lurking in here is the use of natural sources/ excellent diet for the same results? If you had to get vits D K2 mag and Iodine in the amounts suggested that looks rather difficult to me. If so are we seeing that development of supplementary regimes designed to counterbalance the detrimental effects of some modern environments/diets?
