That sums the situation well. How humans are so confident about our "boundaries" is nonsense. The quicker we see ourselves as a sum of all influences the better. I'll leave that there. Having banned most household goods long ago hopefully this household avoids some of their long term effects. I would like to see your list of influences.

Three things that have helped me stabilse my BP even more in recent years have been keeping my homocystine levels low, greatly reducing grain carbs (some leptin diet influence there) and getting a PACE regime into place over the top of the HIIT regime. That is subjecting HIIT to a PACE formula. Very stable BP between 110-125 over 75-85. Very rarely does it move out of this window and then only for an hour or two.
