Thanks. I live in Australia. I have a fair few friends who are naturos, osteopaths, etc, and they say I know as much as they do about any of this. But yes it is good to have direction rather than trying bunches of random stuff. Am going to start some general enemas soon, but i dont think my bowel is full of junk really. I go decently and have been looking after that side of things for years. Its mostly about the liver stasis/sludge & poor detox for me.
