Hi, and welcome on board. My adrenals have healed alongside the Iodine supplementation. They used to be pretty weak.

What I have done is to be religious when it comes to vit C (3-4 grams daily, divided)
+ that I take some herbs like licorice root, not daily but regularly.

The Iodine protocol is also supportive of the adrenals.

I have read that one need to fix the adrenals before the thyroid; for me it seems not to be the case.
