and for your D3 experience.

I struggle a lot in the winter and have for years. I have been taking 6000 ius for the past year or so

interestingly, my first year on Iodine it really helped the D level and I suntanned really well...obvious help from Iodine. last summer nadda, had to take D, still burned, and had this L knee pain that shows when my D is low. I don't know if it is deeper detox or what.

Now I have almost sore thoat (thyroid) and thymus level irritation and low energy....almost sick thing going on and Mark Starr believes I have auto immune thyroiditis...my TPO was below reference but he still thinks it shows i have an issue.....my tpo was 18 on a 35 reference range.
