i am simply telling you what i see. show me something that will make me see different.

what do you think constitutes "too much iodine"? answer carefully. i have probably deliberately ingested more total iodine than anyone else on earth, including a 14 day course of five grams a day. hint: five grams a day is too much to remain comfortable.
