So I am trying to show how iodine is actually a good thing to some sick people.

One person though is really making it difficult as they won't be convinced and are also convincing the others the iodine is no good, because they dont know any better.

SO heres a response I received from him, of which I need to give an answer too that will help, but I dont know the science in and out, all I know is that I'm feeling better than I have in a while thanks to Iodine.
