Well, I've been symptom free for a while now so there is hope for you and when I was going through it, it was really difficult to imagine I'd be symptom free but it came to pass and you will be symptom free as well but Keep at it.

Okay you took a break from battle, but you need to get back to it, the pinworms don't take breaks, they're fighting for survival so get your strength back up sister, fight until you kill them all.
Meditate, pray, do whatever you have to do to keep your spirit up but a positive mental attitude is key.
You have to believe you will win.
I believe you will win.
It's your body and those critters need to exit or die.

I didn't drink pomegranate juice, (too much Sugar and it's pasteurized)
I bought fresh pomegranates from trader joe's and wholefoods and I ate the seeds. I live in California and they were in season when I was going through this (they grow all over Los Angeles, you see them in people's backyard) but I think that works better than juice because I ate the seeds and chewed up the seeds (white part) and swallowed, fiber taste good.

I read the juice kills pinworms too but I think eating the seeds work better.


The diet, the hygiene and all of that helped me but
the Intestinal support I took from eclectic institue and artemisia annua (it's like prescription strength) which is Chinese Wormwood leaf that cured me, that's potent stuff and it worked for me.
I started it 3x a day 1 capsule and increased to 2 capsules 3x a day and I'm symptom free, along with all the diet and hygiene stuff I posted before.
