Hey sorry I forgot to add that I have been taking probiotics via activia as well, and damn do i ever feel great about it! I'm actually not a huge fan of the gelatin thats in it but i have to use up whats left. i'm currently seeking an vegan-organic style probiotic yogurt. I believe that Diet and exercise had so much to do with my un-healthiness. I also cut out a lot of mcdonalds and meat in general. I probably eat meat once a week now, if that.
