Hi guys, hope your weekend is doing great

I want to thank everyone who has shared info, chris, suntzu,and everyone else

A quick update about my injury, swelling and pain has decrease greatly. I have been doing RICE with ibuprofen...AND I've been fasting for the past 4 days, water only

Today I stopped the ibuprofen , so or now on it will be fasting, water only until my ankle is functional again

I'm planing to do a 21 days water fast, any tips to calms down my girlriend? she thinks I have gone mad =P

Ive never fasted in my life before, so this is gonna be my first time any advice for a 21 day fast will be more than welcome =]

the most crazy development in these first 4 days is that I haven't have ANY HINT OF HUNGER AT ALL

4 days without eating and my stomach hasn't rumbled ONCE! is really crazy, considering that i have a healthy appetite(former swimmer)i i can knock down crazy amounts of food i wanted to, don't do it because my levels of activity dont permit more than 2000-3000 cals/day

but yes it is amazing that my hunger has vanished
