I used Mag. Citrate a couple years ago it took 2 bottles and kicked in a day later.

Right now I`m taking 1000mg of magnesium complex per-day and it doesn't seem to cause any BMs, I`m wondering if I`m low on magnesium or it's just not helping.

I think there must be critters in there eating my nutrients as I feel the same, ravishing hunger very little weight gain if any (I was down 20lbs).


Have you tried Epsom Salts or Colosan or Oxypowder ?

I used Colosan last year when I did my liver cleanse and it flushed me out but I wasn't plugged up for days.
