So after my last post I took some magnesium citrate in oral form just like another user suggested. I have been having some problems with having bowel movements regularly. After taking the magnesium citrate I had nothing but loud stomach gurgling and then straight water diarrhea. Which I am assuming was the magnesium citrate going through me.

But heres the thing that gets me. Nothing solid?!?! I have been eating like a mad man with uncontrollable hunger, all these calories, yet nothing solid comes out?! I am kind of worried something is wrong with me. Maybe cancer? And what was with all the stomch gurgling?
