I had been around all sorts of chiropractors, orthopedists, sport doctors, imagery, cast labs and what not.
Among supplements, shark cartilage had proven very beneficial while eating, more than Glucosamine-Chondroitin-Avosoy; MSM is good too. Useful are also vit D3-Calcium-Magnesium.
Freshly squeezed broccoli or cabbage juice - diluted in water/celery juice - recently had shown amazing benefits for joint recovery. I am testing Kombucha right now, but it is too early to report results.
