Wow, I have not tried Nature's Answer. I would definatley try different ones to see how your body reacts.

I was told the max was 180 drops daily for 6 weeks & not go over that amount. So I take 40-45 in the am, 40-45 in the afternoon, and about 20 if I'm not jumpy at night.

I am starting week 5 now. I plan to finish the 6 weeks then rotate to oregano oil as well!
I am still having symptoms but at least they have improved.

My plan is to try oregano oil; garlic supplements; pabian and bromelian plus probiotics.

I have not tried diatomaceous earth- that is one I am a little scared of. Let me know how it goes and what your sypmtoms are.
