Hi! I noticed that as well. I went to a local herbalist and got one with Wormwood , clove and green Black-Walnut . I also ordered the NOW Wormwood complex which has all 3 ingredients. The herbalist told me the instructions varied but start slow and increase your dosage in lieu of taking two droppers full mulitple times a day.

The NOW herbs are very strong and I can't take them in large doses several times a day.

Also, some droppers have a larger reservoir in the top. I would start with about 20-30 drops 2x a day. It will make you jumpy and twitch. Take the first dose early in the am right when you wake up and the second dose in the late afternoon for a few days until you can take it in the evening before you go to sleep.
