A person suffering with HIV is met with an accident of burn, wound turned into ulcer on left leg. He used all sarts of treatment but not relieved. Finally he came to my clinic. After observing his mental features of easy going even with HIV. I gave him a dose ( 4pills) of freshly medicated LACHESIS 200c, ulcer healed slowly.
