well if i was speaking just from andrew hall cutlers pov id say no. theres a man who lives near me who uses clay baths+cilantro on footpads as 2 parts of his protocol. anecdotally i heard a few years ago when i was at a local health food store something like "one lady came in and said her son spoke for the first time in years after his first clay bath". thats what my ears heard so.....
