Seems to me that you may have taken to much Iodine without the companions. That much Iodine without selenium and others may cause a transient phase of Hypo T, hence the low energy.

A much slower start with all companions is recommended; but some detox/ herxheimer reaction may occur in the beginning anyway.

What is the reason you started iodine? just curious as you sound healthy and energethic.
