It prolly doesn't matter a heck of a lot. Pre or post each has some advantages pre the Master-Cleanse will flush the system out and post things will be softened up making for an easier perhaps more efficient flush. The caveat for the post is that you should wait till you are pooping normal and have consumed some fats so the bile has started flowing again to make the flush more productive.
