My Mom has this horrible skin condition and she has tried everything. Yesterday she told me what seems to be working for her is to brush off the scales and then apply oil. (She is using Skin So Soft) I would suggest using coconut oil if it were me.

I feel sorry for anyone who has psoriasis. It is no fun.
