I have been using 1000 mg l-lyseine for two months now. Started taking it to get rid of the flu I got. Read a lot of great thugs about this amino when swine flu was popular that's why I bought it. I love it ! It defiantly slims me a bit makes my skin look good and besides inositol is probably what keeping my anxiety and sleep I check!!!
Really hope others try this! I plan on adding in l-Argine after reading other promising stories.


Ps while my friends and family were on their back for four days from the flu mine lasted one day. As a mother of a small child I don't have time to be sick do I loooove l-lyseine
