I want to do a Liver Flush today, and I have three questions. Could really use help as early as possible.

- I realize we're not supposed to eat any fat. But just about everything I have like cereal or toast has a few grams of fat. Is that okay? Or should I stick to just veggies?

- Also, what about eating fat free cheese or an egg white (zero fat)? Will that interfere with the flush?

- Lastly, my blood Sugar gets really low when I fast. I'm concerned about tonight during the fasting portion. Is there anything I can do that won't interfere with the flush?
