I was diagnosed with Common Variable Immune Defiency Syndrome (CVIDs) and have started taking colostrum. I am wondering how long it takes to notice a difference? Also, how long should I wait before having an other test done to see if the colostrum boosted my antibodies?

Also, I am confused as to which colostrum is the best to buy.
