Thanks for pointing that out, JT. You're right and I hope I can get it back to the desirable range soon;)

I had the blood work done last week, but waiting for results. I had asked in screening for a doctor that she test for all the hormones, not just TSH and T4. And that if needed, I would only use a natural thyroid hormone, not synthetic. We'll see, I'm not too sure what she thinks of the Iodine therapy, yet. She didn't totally balk when I told her my TSH numbers would probably be elevated because of it.

I've considered that maybe I should take breaks with the iodine. Just want to push through so I can to get to the point of sufficiency if not experiencing too many side effects.
