Hi, I wondered if someone could please advise on a good way to hydrate. I have been drinking caffeine for the last three years after previously mostly staying away from it and other dehydrating substances, and I was wondering what a good way to hydrate would be. It seems to me that the quicker I can catch up the better, though I realize that it could cause a Herxheimer reaction. I am considering the Vitalizer Plus. Thanks.
