I have the MR powdered herbs, but how much am I supposed to take. I've read 3-6 grams is good of ashwagandha a day to heal. but how much is a gram in the powdered form? a teaspoon? I remember the last time I tried ashwagandha it sent me into a total panic attack with just a small ammount. Now i'm already over a gram(capsulated, different brand)
