Folic acid and B12(really helps with nausea also)
That's what I forgot to add was something for nausea. Small amounts of ginger also work well. Large amounts can stimulate uterine contractions so it is best sipped a little at a time when needed. Use dried ginger, not fresh ginger to make the tea.
