How is she using them? It really takes frequent doses to get the metals out. For ALA, check out the Cutler Protocol. It basically advises ALA every 3 hours plus at least once overnight.
It's not uncommon to feel sick after Amalgam replacement because replacement will often cause a sudden increase in mercury into a person's body. That's why proper chelating is so important.
