I have problem regarding to gum recession. I take care of my teeth very well. I use water pit, electric toothbrush and see dentist regularly. I was told that my gum in great health – no pocket and bleeding etc. But I have a big problem with gum recession. Doctor said it is caused by aging? (I am not 50 yet!) I heard about oil pulling and I started it few weeks ago with olive oil. I does make tooth whiter but seems the recession getting worse! I don’t think that I have bacteria problem or gum disease. Should I keep dong oil pulling? Does oil pulling speed up gum recession? I saw many people mentioned about gum recession caused by oil pulling. Any experience, explanation or advise? Thank you in advance!
