My main concerns are:
fatigue, not feeling like myself, foggy thinking, dizziness, inability to concentrate, my poop is not bad but "different" texture weird

also, instead of weight loss, like many people experience, i have weight gain. All over my body. Like my butt, thighs, stomach, legs

i've seen numerous dr's, infectious disease specialists, internists, all come up with nothing. The only diagnosis is possible post viral syndrome but from what, they don't know.
