Oh and one more thing. I always have a itchy scalp with dandruff...

You can add some thyme essential oil or eucalyptus oil to your shampoo and shake well.  I recommend 60 drops to a 16 ounce bottle of shampoo.  Let it sit in your hair when shampooing for a few minutes then rinse it out.

The palmarosa essential oil I mentioned earlier should help.

Increase your intake of sulfur rich foods such as peppers and onions.
