Hi. I began drinking self-made water kefir for the past two weeks and I've noticed that the color of the coating of my tongue has turned from white to yellow. I'm kind of worried. I've heard that kefir contains yeast and I'm wondering if it's making my Candida condition worse. Should I stop drinking the water kefir?
