I need to add my 2 cents concerning the horrible ingredients that the leading companies (by this I mean the big money ones) put into their products. The products that most of America is eating. If America was better educated in nutrition maybe they would put down that box of hamburger/tuna/chicken/pork/turkey/mystery meat helper and eat something healthier. Personally, I shop in only 3-4 aisles in my grocery store. The rest of the aisles are diseases waiting to happen!
