Cilantro is easier available, while you wait for the tincture you can use fresh in your cooking.

Use Mortar and Pestol to crush Cilantro and a few seeds with black pepper and a pinch of Borax.
Both black pepper and borax contain natural solvents to extract the active ingredients.
Best to let that sit in the mortar for 10 minutes until you add it to food or add the rest of your salsa ingredients.
