hay hv thanks for answering all my questions in the past, just wanted to know a bit about the efa's and bile/lipase.

i will be buying some lecithin and mixing it with fish oil to "emulsify" it is this right?? then im going to have it with creon a few times a day to be certain that the efa's are mixing with everything they need to be absorbed. i understand the efa's (dha/epa) are long chain fatty acids is this right? ie they need bile and lipase to be absorbed whereas short chain/medium chain dont. any other advice on how to take fatty acids in a method so they are definately absorbed?
