I agree with the other poster. I think I have the same problem with my sinuses that you do. I do a saline/baking soda sinus flush but I add 20 drops of Grapefruit-Seed-Extract to it every morning. I would say the 20 drops are in 2 cups of distilled water (with saline mixture). I bend over keeping the fluid in my sinuses (pinch my nose) so it reaches the upper sinuses. Sounds like you might be burning the delicate tissues. I do however get quite a bit of mucus with white chunks and sometimes yellow/green fluid in the drainage. The Grapefruit-Seed-Extract is a great additive, I would just add it to the sinus flush to stop the bleeding. I have heard peroxide causes the tissue to bleed as well. Be careful :)
