Thank you, Artsky! Still breaking in and feeling quite good; still plagued with weakness, but it's getting better. Suspect the oil pulling is carrying on the work as I have a couple of new detox symtoms. I am looking forward to the next part of my fast in the (Southern) Spring. Chrisb1 has been so helpful and encouraging, hasn't he?

All the best for your water fast. It certainly is worth the end result. I will look out for postings from you and your experiences.
