the real cleanse: add a teaspoon baking soda, or borax in a cup of water, take in the morning before meal, 7 days in a role.take anything that will make you poop within 2 ~3 hours too. be sure to take lots of probiotics after 30minutes, befroe 60minutes.

my dear friends, no matter it's worms, or other bad microbes, baking soda will kill them!, but at the same time, kill good bacteria in your body, so please, make sure to take probiotics after!!
