Probiotics do not control candida like B-vitamins do. Please take B-complex - NOT TOO MUCH not too little !

I see progress (harder die-off) after proper dose of b-complex , if i take too much few weeks and i see white yeast between my fingernails in hend and in feet !! - THIS indicate my intenstine overgrow - because my colon colic where worst, now i found B-complex dose that my white yeast beetween fingers disappear litle by little every day, and in same time colic gone, just little discomfort !! B-vitamins control human fungus, candida, yeast !!!
