I just recently started taking probiotics again, I have no idea why I even stopped, probably because I've come across posts on this board saying probiotics feed the bad bacteria! I had only gotten worse since stopping them, and realized I started getting better upon taking them again. I take Ultimate Flora's 15 Billion Adult Formula (expensive) for now, planning on making my own Kefir soon and using that as well. I might also start making my own 24-hour yogurt again, too.

Anyhow, I was thinking of doing a probiotic enema. I do coffee enemas and wonder if these affect my good bacteria in any way. I'm convinced that *colonics* do indeed flush out good bacteria, whatever little I had left due to years and years of Antibiotics , because I've had more digestive issues since my second (and last) colonic. I should have taken lots of probiotics afterwards. But, I can't dwell on the past, and that's what I plan on doing now. Taking lots of probiotics.

I can't find a descriptive post or anything on probiotic enemas. I want to do one after my first ACV enema, and I want to make sure I do it right. I plan on using my pills for now, and in the future Kefir if I react well to eating it.

Thank you.
