I wanted to say - - I get the yawns too and that is definitely a good sign of releasing stuck energy.

I used PSTEC and EFT & ZPoint for other things - I talk about pstec in more details on my sites. I am glad I did stumble upon your post because I see that I should look into using these techniques with my physical body.
